Compliments and Complaints Policy

ABA's Compliments and Complaints Policy covers ways that service users and others can let us know about what's working well and what's not with our services.

The policy contains forms for submitting your compliment or complaint and also tells you what will happen once you've submitted it.

To quote from the policy: "ABA always tries to provide the best possible service. But things can go wrong. ABA needs to know about things that have gone wrong so that we can put them right. ABA learns from complaints."
